About
Sarb Singh
Behind every property decision, there is usually something bigger someone is trying to achieve.
It might be a move, a change in lifestyle, a financial decision, a growing family, downsizing, relocating, or simply reaching the point where something different makes more sense. Buying or selling a property can be a major part of that process, but it is rarely the whole story.
That is why I believe good real estate advice starts with understanding the person and the situation before talking about the property itself. My role is to understand what someone is trying to achieve, consider the circumstances around that decision, and then help navigate the property side of it with a clear and considered approach.
I prefer to understand before I advise. That means asking questions that help uncover the full picture, looking closely at the details and considering the available options before deciding on a strategy. I believe decisions should be supported by evidence where possible, assumptions should be questioned, and people should understand the reasoning behind the advice they are receiving. No two properties are exactly the same, and neither are the people or circumstances behind them.
Before real estate, my background was in engineering and project management, which shaped the way I naturally approach problems, planning and decision-making. Today, I bring that same structured and practical way of thinking to my work with homeowners across the Copper Coast.
For me, real estate is not simply about completing a transaction. It is about understanding where someone is trying to get to, then helping make the property part of that journey as clear, well-considered and well-managed as possible.
